Welcome to Learnify, an online learning community to master real-world skills. The Learnify website, mobile applications, and other interactive properties (collectively, the “Service”) are owned and operated by Learnify Edutech Ltd and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Learnify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices (collectively, the “Governing Documents”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Learnify may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Description of Service

Learnify connects students with classes and instructors with students. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

2. Intellectual Property and Content

  • All content on the Service, including text, videos, graphics, code, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may download or print content for personal, non-commercial use only, and you may not share paid content with others who have not purchased it.

  • All courses are hosted by independent instructors. Learnify does not guarantee permanent availability of any course.

  • Using robots, scraping, framing, or any unauthorized method to collect or reproduce content is prohibited.

User Submissions

  • Any content you submit (forums, messages, ideas, etc.) grants Learnify a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and create derivative works.

  • You are solely responsible for your submissions and must have rights to any content you post.

  • Learnify may remove any submission at its discretion and is not liable for removal.

3. Copyright Infringement

Learnify complies with the DMCA. If you believe your copyright is infringed, send a notice to our Designated Agent with:

  1. Your signature and contact information.

  2. Identification of copyrighted work.

  3. Identification of infringing material.

  4. A statement of good faith belief of infringement.

Counter-notices may be submitted by the content provider to restore removed material.

4. Account Terms

  • You must be 16 or older and a human to create an account.

  • You are responsible for account security and all activity on your account.

  • Learnify may change fees at any time; prior fees or subscriptions are not affected.

5. Rules for Users

All Users

  • Use the Service lawfully; do not infringe on others’ rights.

  • Do not post copyrighted or illegal content without permission.

  • Do not engage in spam, harassment, impersonation, or security breaches.

Teachers

  • Honor enrollments and behave professionally.

  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Learnify rights to use it.

  • Reviews may be posted by students; Learnify is not responsible for their content.

  • Learnify may remove classes or videos at its discretion.

Students

  • Follow class rules and do not disrupt classes or copy materials.

  • Learnify may suspend accounts for violations.

6. Data Policy

  • Student information is shared with teachers for class purposes only.

  • Teachers may only use this information for Learnify-related communications.

  • Learnify may collect anonymized demographic data to improve the Service.

7. Class Participation

  • Classes are independent; Learnify is not responsible for instructors, students, or class content.

  • Participation is at your own risk, including personal injury or property loss.

  • You release Learnify from any claims related to class participation.

8. Fees and Payments

  • Membership fees are billed monthly or annually and may change at any time.

  • Teachers earn a share of revenue based on minutes watched; payouts are issued on the 16th of each month.

  • Teachers are responsible for taxes on earnings.

  • No refunds are provided.

Referral Program

  • Teachers can earn $10 for each new user who subscribes via their referral link.

  • Payments are issued within 50 days of the subscription.

9. Learnify Rights

  • We may modify or terminate any aspect of the Service at any time.

  • We may suspend accounts or remove content for rule violations.

10. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided “AS IS” and without warranties.

  • Learnify is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or third-party content.

  • Transactions between users are solely between those users.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Learnify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability for third-party services or content is excluded.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Learnify from claims arising from your use of the Service or violations of these Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Governed by laws of Spain; disputes resolved through arbitration under AAA rules.

  • Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Learnify.

  • Electronic communication satisfies legal notice requirements.
